I really love the Smashing Pumpkins too and that's really cool because I went to their last concert in 2000 and I was in their first concert after seven years of nothing in 2007 in paris. Mid season...Here the official holiday month is august, when everything's crowded, hot and expensive. =P I visited Strassbourg last year, it's such a lovely city! I travel only in my holidays (my job is veeery boring, hehe) I'm a fan both of DM and covers...and just discovered Editor's cover of The Cure's "lullaby", is it here? I know it's in spotify!

Thanks fo the advice, usually I like to travel in europe in the mid season (february / march) for the arguments you told. maybe I'll go in Barcelona next year ? It's extremely rare when I travel in Europe for my job, my travels are limited to Strasbourg (near of the european parliement) and Paris, but there is a big broadcast convention in Admsterdam. Does your job let you travel often? I listen your playlists since this morning and I observe that there is a lot of cool dm covers..really nice :)

=) Never been to Amsterdam, but a change of scenery at work is really cool, lucky you! Yes, I live in Barcelona, a cool place but that's too crowded with tourists, just like Paris is...I'll recommend the visit in winter, less people, not so hot, more enjoyable....

You're right, travelling is really good. i'm going to Asterdam for the second time (for my work) in september, and I'm really hurry beacause I love this city. South of France cool too. I go into this region for my holydays (near of Agen). I'd like to go to Barcelona, do you live in this city ? Personnaly I'm lucky because I live in Versailles where there is a big garden (castle's garden) full of nature :) Paris is so beautiful too, there are many nice places to drink / eat / listen good music.
