Le groupe se crée à Sydney, en 1995, sur une idée de Craig Nicholls, chanteur et guitariste né le 31/08/1977. Encore lycéen, il gagne sa vie dans un McDonald';s où il développe un goût prononcé pour les burgers et fait la connaissance de Patrick Matthews, qui joue de la basse. Le batteur David Olliffe, ami d';enfance de ce dernier, se joint alors à eux. Nommés dans un premier temps Rishikesh (en référence au séjour en Inde des Beatles, dont Craig Nicholls est très fan), ils adopte...
