Patty Brard, born Petula Louise Brard on March 25, 1955, in Sorong, Indonesia, is a Dutch singer. She rose to fame as part of the girl group Luv', formed in 1976 with Marga Scheide and José Hoebee. The trio achieved international success with singles like "You're the Greatest Lover" and "Trojan Horse". Brard left Luv' in 1980 but returned for reunions later. Her solo career began with the single "Hold On To Love" in 1981, followed by her debut album All This Way. Notable collaborations include "Tender Love" with Eddie Kendricks and "Ik Wil Knallen" with Ome Henk, which reached fifth on the Dutch Mega Top 100 in 2006. Brard also released several albums, including Patty's Party Vol. 1 in 2011 and notable singles like "Het leven is een feest" in 2010.
