Las Blacanblus, a blues band from Argentina, was formed in 1992 and consisted of Mona Fraiman on vocals, Cristina Dall on piano and vocals, Déborah Dixon on vocals, and Viviana Scaliza on guitar and vocals. They met in a spiritual choir and began their musical journey as a blues band. Their debut album Cuatro mujeres y un maldito piano was released in 1994, which significantly boosted their popularity.
