Zerbin, a Canadian indie rock band formed in Edmonton in 2009, consists of frontman and vocalist Jason Zerbin and guitarist Peter Mol. The group initially gained traction with their debut EP Touch in 2013. In 2015, they released their second album Darling. A notable single from this album includes "New Earth," which won Music Video of the Year and Single of the Year at the 2012 Edmonton Music Awards, and was voted number 17 out of the Top 102 Canadian Songs by listeners of SONiC 102.9 in July 2015. The band also received recognition as Band of the Month from Victoria's The Zone @ 91-3 in July 2014 and Edmonton's SONIC 102.9 later in March 2015. Outside of their work under Zerbin, Jason Zerbin and Peter Mol released two singles as BROTHER in 2019. Additionally, Zerbin released his first solo single "Stay, Pt.1" in the same year.
