Joss Bari (R&B, Soul, Hip Hop) - Situated at the intersection of Soul music and Hip Hop, Joss Bari offers an elegant, effortless, and contagious style of R&B.
Joss Bari is a crossover artist who draws inspiration from African American music.
He admires the greats of the late 70s, like Stevie Wonder, Aaron Neville, or Al Green, just as much as the celebrated Hip Hop and R&B artists of today, like Anderson .Paak, Lauryn Hill, or Alicia Keys. Rather than being burdened by these legacies, though, Joss Bari crafts his own style, placing his silky voice over rich or refined arrangements with a disconcerting elegance. A master of nuance and rhythm, he dares to explore a range of genres, and nearing Trap with compositions punctured by sharp hi-hats and kicks, he adapts perfectly to it all. Accompanied by Kayo “The Chillin Champ” on Drum machine and Plae Casi on Keyboards, Joss Bari’s brilliant collection of songs will make you wanna move!
