Spahn Ranch was an American electro-industrial group formed in 1992 in Los Angeles by Matt Green and Rob Morton. The duo signed to Cleopatra Records and released their self-titled EP that same year, featuring vocals from Scott "Chopper" Franklin. In 1993, vocalist Athan Maroulis joined, leading to the release of their debut album Collateral Damage. They continued with a rotating lineup, releasing albums like Architecture (1997) and Beat Noir (1998), which featured collaborations with notable musicians such as Paul Raven and David J of Bauhaus and Love & Rockets. The band toured extensively throughout North America and Europe before disbanding in 2000. Their final album, Closure, was released in 2001.
