Stefan Dettl

Stefan Dettl, born on April 5, 1981, in Traunstein, Germany, is a German musician. He began playing guitar at an early age and later received trumpet lessons, leading to compositions and awards in competitions. At 14, he joined youth symphony orchestras and bands, touring Denmark and Italy. By 16, Dettl was part of the Bayerisches Landesjugendorchester, performing across Europe. In 2007, he co-founded LaBrassBanda with Andreas Martin Hofmeir, gaining international recognition by 2008. Their album Habediehre (2008) marked a significant breakthrough. Dettl's solo career began in 2010, followed by the release of the single "Rockstar" and the album Rockstar in 2011. His subsequent albums include Summer of Love (2012) and Soultrain (2016).
