The History of Apple Pie was an English rock group from London that was active between 2010 and 2015. The band consisted of Stephanie Min on vocals and Jerome Watson on guitar, who initially played songs together and uploaded them online, attracting attention from labels and managers. They recruited drummer James Thomas, guitarist Aslam Ghauri, and bassist Kelly Owens through a Gumtree ad. Their debut single, "You're So Cool", was released in June 2011, followed by "Mallory" in November of the same year. The band's first album, Out of View, was released in 2013, reaching number 8 on the UK Indie Breakers Chart and number 2 on the UK Record Store Chart. Their second album, Feel Something, was released in 2014 with Joanna Curwood replacing Owens on bass. The History of Apple Pie quietly disbanded in 2015.
