Wet Confetti, an American art rock band from Portland, Oregon, formed in 2000 and consisted of Alberta Poon on vocals, bass VI and keytar; Daniel Grazzini on guitar and keyboards; and Michael McKinnon on drums. The band's distinctive sound, blending rock, punk, pop, and noise, gained them recognition within the indie music scene. In 2004, Wet Confetti released their first full-length album, This is So Illegal (Do It Fast), followed by two EPs in 2005: A Great Killer Slim Leg and Policia de La Educación. Their second album, Laughing Gasping, was published by Pampelmoose in 2006. In January 2007, Richel Martinez joined as a live touring member. Wet Confetti disbanded in 2007, with members forming Reporter.
