Tony Hernando is a Spanish rock and heavy metal guitarist. He studied at the Conservatorio Superior, the IMT in Madrid, and the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles, where he was taught by Joey Tafolla and Tony MacAlpine. He released his first solo album, High, in 2000, followed by The Shades of Truth (2002) and III (2004). In 2006, he released the live EP TH III Live! and in 2009 released Actual Events. From 2007 to 2013, he played guitar for Saratoga, contributing to VII (2007), Secretos y Revelaciones (2009), Revelaciones de una noche, and Némesis (2012). In 2014, he co‑founded Lords of Black, releasing the self‑titled debut in the same year and II (2016). Later albums include Icons of the New Days (2018) and Mechanics of Predacity (2024). He produced Restless Spirits' Restless Spirits (2019) and Second to None (2022) and launched the High Kings Rising project in 2025.
