The Company Band, an American heavy metal band, was formed in 2007 in Los Angeles, California and consisted of drummer Jess Margera, vocalist Neil Fallon, guitarist James A. Rota, and bassist Brad Davis. Margera’s idea emerged while traveling, prompting him to gather the members at his studio and record five songs that expanded to 12. The group released the EP Sign Here, Here and Here in 2007. In 2009, the band issued its debut studio album The Company Band, preceded by the single "It's a Confusing World". After a hiatus, the band returned in 2012 with the EP Pros & Cons, produced again by Andrew Alekel.
