Pyo In-yoo, also known as Blue Mangtto, is a Korean indie singer-songwriter born on September 23, 1994. She debuted in June 2016 with her first EP Twenty, and Three, and in April 2018, released her first full album, 01 Little Pieces: pianissimo, a collection of piano pieces that showcase her unique musical storytelling. She has also collaborated with Cheon Seokman, known for his sweet vocals, on songs such as "I Don't Like It" (2017), "I'm Still With You" (2017), and "When You Want Romance" (2018), demonstrating their charming chemistry. The singer-songwriter has steadily shared her music through multiple singles and, in May 2021, released 02 Little Pieces: cantabile, featuring lovely piano compositions in her signature style. In 2023, she collaborated with British R&B singer Ramzi on the duet "It's You." Additionally, she has contributed to soundtracks, including for Love Interference in 2022. Her single "Let Me Tell You," released on October 3, 2025, entered Melon’s Top 500 chart at number 11 on its release day.
