Inger Lise Andersen, known professionally as Inger Lise Rypdal, and born on December 14, 1949, in Østre Toten(Oppland), Norway, is a singer. She began her singing career in 1968. Her early breakthrough came with the release of Hello-A! (1972). Throughout the 1970s, Rypdal released several albums including Fra 4 Til 70 (1973), Den Stille Gaten (1974), and Tider Kommer-Tider Går (1977). She participated in the Norwegian heats of the Eurovision Song Contest, Melodi Grand Prix. In the 1980s, she continued her musical journey with albums like Sign Language (1980) and Kontakt (1982). Her later works include Inger Lise (2001) and Ansikter (2007).
