Röya Aykhan, born Royala Yagub gizi Najafova on June 14, 1982, in Baku, is an Azerbaijani singer and People's Artist of Azerbaijan. She began her career performing with Vagif Gerayzadeh’s W-Trio before pursuing a solo career. In 2005, she held her first solo concert at the Heydar Aliyev Palace, followed by another three-day concert there in 2006. She also performed at Shafa Stadium and Baku’s National Park. Röya received the Audience Sympathy award at the International Young Performers Competition in Yalta in 2005 and was named Singer of the Year and Concert of the Year in 2006. She was named Honored Artist in 2015 and People's Artist in 2019. In 2017, she became the first Azerbaijani performer to win the Golden Butterfly Award. She's known for singles, including "Kesin Bilgi" (2015), "Mənə Sevgindən Bəhs Et" (2018), and "Səni Sevmək Mənə Çox Yaraşır" (2019).
