Joseph Murphy, born on October 4, 1996 in Riverside, California, is an American musician and record producer professionally known as Celestaphone. He debuted with the EP Glorifying in 2014, followed by Menu (01-30) (2015) and Trust (31-60) (2015). In 2016, he released the EP Minappi's Last Wondrous Escapade, and in 2017 he issued the albums To Cite Psych, To Cite Fright, and Robosoul. The 2018 album Tying Up Loose Friends introduced vocals, while 2020’s Weevil in Disguise featured MC Paul Barman on the single "Rewinders". In 2021, he partnered with YOUNGMAN on A Year of Octobers, and in 2023, he released Paper Cut From the Obit.
