Aversions Crown is an Australian deathcore band formed in 2009 in Brisbane. They released their self-titled EP independently that year and followed it with Servitude in December 2011. In January 2013, they released the single "Overseer" and later signed to Nuclear Blast in 2014, releasing their second studio album Tyrant. The band's lineup changes included Mark Poida joining as vocalist in 2015 and Tyler Miller taking over vocal duties in 2019. Their third studio album Xenocide was released in January 2017, featuring the single "Ophiophagy". In June 2020, they released their fourth studio album Hell Will Come For Us All, which included the singles "The Soil" and "Born In The Gutter". Miller left the band in 2023 to join Thy Art is Murder. Aversions Crown then recruited Alex Teyen as their new vocalist, releasing a three-track EP titled A Voice from the Outer Dark in October 2024.
