Gabor Müller, known professionally as Corvin Dalek, from Budapest, Hungary, is a Hungarian techno music DJ and record producer whose career began in the late 1990s. His early work emerged through underground club nights in Berlin, where he curated the “Wet and Hard” events that attracted attention for their intense techno sets. The breakthrough came in 1999 when the label MFS released Assorted (E for Europe), a compilation mixed by Dalek that featured his track "E for Europe" and received critical acclaim as a genre milestone. The same year, Stadtansichten was released, highlighting his track "Pounds & Pénz". In 2000, Dalek founded the sub‑label Flesh with Mark Reeder, focusing on underground releases. His 2001 single "Pornoground" charted in the United Kingdom and was praised by Muzik magazine. Subsequent releases included the 2002 Wet & Hard compilation, and in July 2002, he performed a DJ mix for BBC Radio 1’s Peel Sessions, solidifying his reputation within the electronic music scene.
