Kate Higgins, born Catherine Davis Higgins in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 1969, is an American voice actress, singer, and jazz pianist. She studied music at Auburn University under Bob Richardson, playing classical piano and performing with the Auburn Knights before graduating in 1991 and relocating to Los Angeles. She launched her solo recording career with her debut jazz album, The Solid Rock, in 1998, followed by The Tide is Low in 2002, Bigger Than Love in 2006, Little Parts in 2009, and Sweet and Blue in 2016, alongside the albums Jazz Standards and A Very Merry Christmas. In 2004, she also collaborated with the group Upper Structure on the album 6 by 5. In parallel, Higgins established a prominent voice-acting career, best known for voicing Sakura Haruno in Naruto, Miles "Tails" Prower in the Sonic the Hedgehog video game franchise, Frankie Stein in Monster High, Sailor Mercury in the English dub of Sailor Moon, Princess Aurora in Disney media, and Pauline in Super Mario Odyssey, for which she sang the hit theme song “Jump Up, Super Star!”.
