Overgament is an electronic group formed in Bavaria near Nuremberg and consisted of Tom Wunder, Mario Pförtner and Reiner Keller. Wunder and Pförtner began collaborating as children experimenting with metal objects. In 1992, they released Works on KM‑Musik. The group signed with Strange Ways Records and issued The Machinery of Destruction (1994) and Vulva (1994), the latter featuring the track "In Your Hands" which appeared on multiple compilations and earned Song of the Month by New Life magazine. The band toured Germany with acts such as Girls under Glass and Wolfsheim. The group has also released special edits of their songs on streaming platforms and a 2016 tribute cover of Front 242’s "Body To Body" for Im Rhythmus Bleiben.
