Ben Verse

Benjamin Mount, an English rapper and producer known professionally as Verse, Ben the Verse, Ben Verse, The Verse, MC Verse and Pendulum Man, was born on April 14, 1977. He graduated from the University of Leeds in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in Art History. His first notable releases were the singles "Redemption / No Hope?", "Half Life / Passin Dreams", and "White Crow / Journeys Thru Haze" in 2005. He became the MC for Pendulum's touring and DJ set events in 2006. Verse continued to produce electronic music throughout the mid-2000s, releasing tracks such as "Solitudes Weakness / Sonic Tension" and "Sleepless / Patience".
