Michael Topf, known professionally as DJ Brace, was born in 1980 in Canada and is recognized for his work as a DJ and producer. His early career involved releasing music through various labels such as Balanced Records and Nostomania Records. In 2008, he released The Electric Nosehair Orchestra in Nostomania, an instrumental album that garnered significant attention and was nominated for the Juno Award in 2009. DJ Brace's subsequent releases include the EP Abra Kabra (2012) and the album Apatheia (2017). He has collaborated with numerous artists, including Soul Khan, Ancient Astronauts, and Kabanjak. DJ Brace's music has been featured on prominent platforms such as the Fox TV series Prison Break and on the Canadian TV channel CBC. His accolades include multiple DMC World Online Championships in 2015, 2016, and 2017, as well as the WMC DJ Spin-Off Champion title in 2016.
