USS (Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker) are a Canadian alternative rock music duo from Toronto, which includes vocalist and guitarist Ashley Buchholz and turntablist Jason "Human Kebab" Parsons. The pair met while working at a golf course and began collaborating musically after Parsons DJed at Buchholz's sister's wedding. Their first EP, Welding the C:/, was released in July 2008. In March 2009, USS released their debut full-length album, Questamation, which featured collaborations with Matthew Von Wagner and James Black of Finger Eleven. The duo won the Favourite Group/Duo award at the CMW Indie Awards on March 14, 2009. They supported illScarlett on their Canadian tour in November 2009 and headlined the Toronto Plays For Haiti benefit concert on February 2, 2010. In May 2011, USS released their second EP, Approved, which was produced by Tawgs Salter. The duo disbanded in 2021 and performed their final show on June 11, 2022. They reunited in 2025.
