Babylon Whores, a deathrock band from Helsinki, Finland, was founded in 1994 by Ike Vil and Ewo Meichem. The group's initial releases included the single "Devil's Meat" in 1994, followed by the EP Sloane 313 in 1995. Their debut album, Cold Heaven, was released in 1997, followed by King Fear (1999) and Death of the West (2002). Notable members included Mr. Boa on guitars, Petri Mukkala (aka Pete Liha) on drums, Antti Litmanen on guitar, Taneli Nyholm (aka Daniel Stuka) on bass and guitars, and Ike Vil on vocals. The band's lineup evolved over the years, with past members including Jake Babylon, Jussi Konttinen, Timo Koutala (aka Kouta), Ewo Pohjola (aka Ewo Meichem), and M. Ways.
