The Lillingtons were a pop-punk band formed in 1995 in Newcastle, Wyoming. The original lineup included vocalist and lead guitarist Kody Templeman, bassist Cory Laurence, drummer Tim O’Hara, and guitarist Zack Rawhauser. Their first release was the "I Lost My Marbles" EP in 1996. Following Rawhauser's departure, the band released their debut full-length album, Shit Out of Luck, in 1996 on Clearview Records. In 1999, they recorded Death By Television, which featured sci-fi movie-themed songs like "War of the Worlds" and "Invasion of the Saucermen". The band toured extensively from 2000 to 2001 before disbanding after releasing The Backchannel Broadcast (2001). They reunited in 2006 to release The Too Late Show and again in 2013 for live performances. In 2017, they signed with Fat Wreck Chords and released the album Stella Sapiente.
