Siela, a Lithuanian rock band, was formed in 1990. The group's name translated to "soul" in English, reflecting their early gothic rock influences. Siela gained traction with their album Vėjas Nešantis Naktį (1991). In 1996, the band achieved significant chart success with "Vėjas. Žvaigždė" reaching Number 1 on Lithuanian music charts. Throughout the 1990s, Siela popularized songs such as "Rudenio Dievas", "Tavęs man reikėjo", and "Meilę skriaudžia dangus". The band's album Euforija (2008) received critical acclaim and featured songs aimed at a broader audience. In 2010, Siela celebrated their 20-year anniversary with a jubilee concert featuring notable Lithuanian musicians. They continued to perform at various festivals, including Wave-Gotik-Treffen in Germany and Castle Party in Poland.
