Joker's Wild, a barbershop quartet formed in 1990, consisted of Dave Kindinger and Mark Green from Columbus, Ohio, and Steve Legters and Stephen Iannacchione from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Coached by Lance Heilmann, the group won the Johnny Appleseed District of the SPEBSQSA competition that same year and went on to compete in the International contests, achieving 10th place, 5th, 2nd, and ultimately winning the International Championship in Pittsburgh in 1994. Jon Clunies replaced Mark Green as the lead singer in 1996. The quartet released three albums: Right From the Start (1993), Chasing a Dream (1996), and More of the Different (2000). They also appeared on compilations such as The Pittsburghers (1998) and Seems Like Old Times (1994). Joker's Wild toured extensively, performing worldwide before going on hiatus in June 2001.
