Wonderlick is an American indie rock band from Los Angeles established in 2001. The ensemble consists of Tim Quirk and Jay Blumenfield and was founded as a spinoff of the group Too Much Joy. Their recording career began with the debut single "I Disappear", which was released for free on their professional website. Wonderlick reached professional recognition after funding the recording of their first project through a fan-supported presale campaign. The ensemble released the debut eponymous studio recording Wonderlick (2002) through the label Future Farmer Records. They subsequently released the studio recording Topless at the Arco Arena (2009) through the label Rock Ridge Music followed by the self-released studio recording Super (2015). Their compositions have been featured in media programs including the MTV series Sex in the '90s and the HBO documentary Small Town Ecstasy.
