In 1988, they became the first unsigned band to perform on the main stage at the Reading Festival. Their discography included the EP Freedom Trip (1985) and albums Psych Out (1990) and Peace Crazies (1992), both released under Cherry Red Records. Notable singles include "Sun is in the Sky" (1989) and "Welcome to Dead Town" (1990). The Seers disbanded in 1991.
