The Arrogant Sons of Bitches was a ska punk band from Long Island and Baldwin, New York, formed in 1995 by Joe Werfelman and Jeff Rosenstock. The group began by performing cover material before expanding its lineup and recording original songs. Their debut album, Built to Fail, was released in 1998, followed by Pornocracy in 2000. The band performed on shows with acts including Edna's Goldfish and Catch 22. Their album Three Cheers for Disappointment was completed in 2004 and officially released in 2006. The Arrogant Sons of Bitches played farewell shows and disbanded in 2007 after several members shifted to other projects.
