Christian Brembeck is a German conductor, organist, and harpsichordist born in 1960 in Munich. He began his career as an autodidact before studying the organ at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München under Franz Lehrndorfer. He continued his training with Petr Eben and Nicholas Danby and studied the piano under Gitti Pirner. Brembeck reached wider visibility after winning the Organ Prize of the City of Würzburg in 1981. He served as a guest musician with the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra under conductor Sergiu Celibidache between 1986 and 1996. Brembeck began collaborating as an accompanist for the Tölzer Knabenchor in 1987 and became the conductor of the chamber orchestra Capella Istropolitana in 1992. He founded the original sound ensemble Parthenia Vocal & Baroque in 1992. His recording career included the studio recording German and French Organ Music (2002) and the studio recording La Danza de los Poetas (2002). Brembeck founded the concert series Alte Musik in Roggenstein in 2000 and serves as its artistic director.
