new single out soon...only 6 mins :-) - 24 Sept '21
Tegan Northwood is a singer/songwriter/producer from Sydney, Australia. She alternates between coastal regions and Sydney, travelled the UK and New Zealand during 2018 and 2019, and uses beats, field recordings, samples of her own vocals and guitar, and bits of spoken word to create a personal weave of music that shifts between soundscape, experimental, dreampop, shoegaze and electronica genres. Nature, sense of place, love, and finding home are seams that run consistently through her music.
Her earlier, alternative/shoegaze-style and soundscape-oriented album releases are still available through Sydney's Endgame Records.
Her latest EP 'Wherever You Are' was released independently in 2019, with two remixes subsequently produced and released from that EP by Werra Foxma Records label in Scotland.
She has a new atmospheric electronica single hitting digital services in a couple of months, in September 2021.
