The Red Chord is an American deathcore band from Revere, Massachusetts, formed in 1999 by vocalist Guy Kozowyk and guitarist Kevin Rampelberg. Their debut album Fused Together In Revolving Doors (2002) helped establish their presence in the grindcore and death metal scene. After signing with Metal Blade Records, they released their second album Clients (2005), which sold well in the United States. Their third album Prey for Eyes (2007) debuted at number 198 on the Billboard 200. The band’s fourth album Fed Through The Teeth Machine (2009) debuted at number 180 on the Billboard 200, with the track “Demoralizer” issued as a single. The Red Chord toured extensively across North America, Europe, and Japan, and appeared at major festivals including Ozzfest.
