Sinaka is the stage name of Chilean urban artist Matías Muñoz, born in 2002 in Quilpué, Valparaíso Region, who first approached music through street rap, graffiti and skate culture before moving into reggaeton. He began releasing material independently in the early 2020s, appearing with producer Ivo Wan Kenobi on the collaborative project W.A.N, Vol. 1 in 2021 and consolidating his sound on the 2023 album Moja, which introduced his raw, underground take on dembow. As his profile grew on the Chilean urbano scene, Sinaka issued a series of singles and in January 2024 released the ten-track album Kema, a record described as a love letter to classic reggaeton and featuring cuts such as “Tírame el Dembow,” “Buzón de Voz,” “Si Se la Sabe Cante (Cumbiaperreo),” “Parapapim” and “Llay-Llay.” He then expanded his reach with the 2025 collaborative album La Nueva Industria alongside WalkerDiazz and Kennat and a steady run of singles including “Sentimiento Mágico,” “Como Te Va,” “Dale DJ Suéltala,” “Maltrato” and “Secreto a Voces” featuring King Savagge. Later in 2025, he released the album EL NUEVO SONIDO, whose tracklist included “SENDA BELLAKONA,” “SUBE EL BAJO” with Saiko, “AZOTE” with Endo, “4 RUEDAS” with Kevvo and the standout “DESCONTROL” with Easykid, a track that entered viral charts in Chile and Spain, confirming Sinaka as one of the key names in the new wave of Chilean reggaeton.
