Parker and Lily, an American experimental pop/rock duo from New York, were formed in 2000 by Parker Noon (vocals) and Lily Wolfe (piano). The band's initial lineup included former members of Valentine Six. Their debut album Hello Halo was released in 2001 on Orange Recordings. In 2004, during the recording of their third album The Low Lows, Noon and Wolfe ended their romantic relationship but completed the album together. The band went inactive in 2005. Parker Noon later formed The Low Lows with Daniel Rickard and Jeremy Wheatley, releasing two albums in 2006 and 2008. Lily Wolfe contributed to these releases before focusing on film music.
