Silius, an Austrian metal band from Tirol, was formed in autumn 2013. The group gained early traction by performing at various festivals, including Nova Rock and Wacken. Their debut album, Hell Awakening, was released on September 1, 2017, through Massacre Records. In April 2018, second guitarist Mex Senn left the band, but the remaining members continued their musical journey and released their second album, Worship to Extinction (2020), via Rock of Angels Records, which received positive reviews. In April 2023, Ralph Jurschitsch and Matthias Turner (Mottl) departed from the band, with Manu Zoller joining on drums and Benjito Wellna taking over vocals.
