Jagwinder Singh Dhaliwal, known professionally as Juggy D, was born on November 19, 1981, in Southall, London, and is an English singer of Indian descent. He began performing at the age of 14 and made his breakthrough alongside Jay Sean. His debut album, Juggy D, released in 2004, became the first Punjabi language album to enter the UK national charts. Notable songs include "Sohniye" and "Come Closer", which featured guest vocals from Jin Au-Yeung. In 2006, he won Best Act at the UK Asian Music Awards. He has collaborated with international artists such as Madonna, Ricky Martin, Mary J. Blige, and Craig David. He also contributed to the soundtrack of the Bollywood film Hum Tum. In 2019, he won Best Collaboration at the Brit Asia TV Music Awards for Dance, with F1rstman, H Dhami, Mumzy and Raxstar.
