Christie Front Drive was an American emo band from Denver, Colorado, active between 1993 and 1997. The group consisted of Eric Richter on vocals and guitar, Jason Begin on guitar, Kerry McDonald on bass, and Ron Marschall on drums. They released their self-titled EP and a 7-inch on Freewill Records in 1994, followed by split records with Jimmy Eat World, Sineater, and Boys Life in 1995. Their only official full-length album, Stereo, was released by Caulfield Records after the band disbanded in 1997. Despite their short tenure, Christie Front Drive became a significant influence on emo music in the 1990s. The band reunited briefly for performances in 2007 and 2014, with their discography re-released by various labels.
