Camber, an American emo/post-hardcore band from New York City, formed in 1996. Their early releases included the single "Hollowed-Out" b/w "Question Marks" and their debut album Beautiful Charade, released on March 4, 1997, through Deep Elm Records. The group's lineup changed in 2001 when Roger Coletti replaced original drummer Chris Chin. Camber continued with the release of Anyway, I've Been There in June 1999 and their final album Wake Up and Be Happy in 2002. They also collaborated on a split release with Kid Brother Collective in 1999 and a compilation titled Brandtson–Camber–Seven Storey in 2003, which was released after the band disbanded later that year. Camber was recognized as one of the pioneers of the second-wave Eastern indie emo sound.
