Kevin Earl Federline (born March 21, 1978) is an American hip hop, pop-rap, and gangsta rap dancer, actor, and rapper from Fresno, California. Federline began a professional career as a backup dancer for performers including Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Destiny's Child, and Pink. Federline became widely known for a marriage to Britney Spears (2004–2006) and the television series Britney & Kevin: Chaotic. In 2006, Federline released the debut album Playing with Fire through Federation Records. The recording featured the single “Lose Control” and followed the tracks “Y'all Ain't Ready” and “PopoZão”. Federline also modeled for the Five Star Vintage clothing line. Film credits include You Got Served (2004) and American Pie Presents: The Book of Love (2009). Federline appeared in television programs including CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2006), One Tree Hill (2008), and Celebrity Fit Club 7 (2010). In 2025, Federline published the book You Thought You Knew.
