Harold Mujahid O'Neal, also known as Harold O'Neal, born on March 27, 1981, in Arusha, Tanzania, and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, is a musician, keynote speaker, composer, and producer. He began playing piano by ear at age four, finding early inspiration in cartoons and Disney films. O'Neal's breakthrough came when he replaced pianist Jason Moran in Greg Osby’s band, leading to his major-label debut recording for Blue Note Records at 21. He released several acclaimed albums, including Charlie's Suite (2007) and Man on the Street (2013), and collaborated with artists such as U2, Jay Z, and George Clooney. In 2018, he released Piano Cinema, followed by a tour across the U.S. O'Neal also contributed to Pixar's Soul and was awarded a fellowship to the Royal Society of the Arts.
