Haris and Panos Katsimihas, born on October 19, 1952 in Athens, Greece, are twin singer-songwriters who performed primarily as a duet throughout their music career. Growing up in Agios Dimitrios and Nea Smirni, they spent their youth working in West Germany before gaining recognition by winning a music competition in Corfu organized by Manos Hadjidakis in 1982 with the song "A Night in the Gutter". Their first record, Zesta Pota, was produced in 1985 by Manolis Rasoulis. Over their 40-year career, Haris and Panos Katsimihas released several albums including I Monaxia Tou Shinovati (1992), Beat Poetry (2011), and Tragoudia Tou Vithou (2016).
