Future Clouds and Radar, an American rock group from Austin, Texas, was formed by Robert Harrison after the dissolution of Cotton Mather. Harrison regrouped with former Cotton Mather musicians to produce a collective that eschewed conventional genre limits. The group’s debut album, Future Clouds & Radar, was released in 2007 through Harrison’s Star Apple Kingdom label, featuring experimental blends of rock, reggae, psychedelia, and ambient textures. In 2008 the band issued Peoria, continuing its eclectic style, and a UK single‑disc edition of the debut followed the same year.
