Sinan Sakić, a Serbian pop-folk singer, was born on October 13, 1956, in Loznica, FPR Yugoslavia. Inspired by his father's musical background, Sakić began his career as a drummer at age 13 in a folk band and later collaborated with bassist Bratislav Braca Dinkić. He launched his singing career in 1978 with the singles "Sreli Smo Se Mnogo Kasno" and "Jedna Tuga Za Dva Druga". In the early 1980s, Sakić gained prominence as a member of the Yugoslav turbo-folk band Južni Vetar. He recorded numerous albums with the band, including Ljubila Me Žena Ta (1992) and U Meni Potraži Spas (1994). His solo career included notable releases such as Zoko, Moja Zoko (1996), Na Eks (2002), and Jedina (2014). Sakić's health deteriorated in the 2010s, leading to his death on June 1, 2018.
