Haemorrhage is a Spanish goregrind band from Madrid. Formed in 1990 as Devourment, the original trio included Luisma, José, and Emilio. After Emilio's departure in 1991, the group reformed as a duo before adding vocalist Lugubrious and bassist Ramón Checa Recio in 1993, followed by guitarist Ana Belén de López in 1994. Their debut album, Emetic Cult (1995), was released through Morbid Records. Discography milestones include the albums Grume (1997), Anatomical Inferno (1998), Morgue Sweet Home (2002), and Hospital Carnage (2011). Haemorrhage is characterized by theatrical performances where members dress in surgical outfits and use artificial blood. Their live recordings include the album Live Carnage: Feasting on Maryland (2013).
