Greyhoundz, a Manila-based Filipino nu metal/rap metal band, was formed in 1997 by cousins Niño and Audie Avenido. After auditioning at Club DREDD, they signed with Sony Music Philippines in March 1999. Their debut album, Seven Corners of Your Game, launched on August 1, 1999, achieving platinum status by May 2002. The band released their self-titled second album in March 2002, featuring singles "Even" and "Pull". In May 2004, guitarist Allen Cudal died in a car accident, leading the band to continue as a four-piece group. Notable achievements include having "Even" featured on the Asian Edition soundtrack album of Spider-Man (2002) and releasing "XXV" with Gloc 9 in March 2023 to celebrate their 25th anniversary.
