Fatal Shore was an English-Australian rock band formed in 1996. The group consisted of Phil Shoenfelt (vocals, guitar), Bruno Adams (vocals, guitar; formerly of Once Upon A Time), Chris Hughes (drums, percussion, samples), and Yoyo Röhm (bass). In 1997, they released their self-titled debut album, featuring cover versions of songs by Jacques Brel, Bob Dylan, and Nina Simone. The band was invited to America in 2003 to record Free Fall, which was released through Moloko +. In 2007, the band's studio album, Real World, was released under Amboss Recordings, marking Röhm’s departure from the group. Bruno Adams passed away on April 18, 2009, in Berlin due to cancer. Moloko+ released Setting the Sails for El Dorado in 2011.
