Futuristic Swaver (real name Lee Min-woo), born on May 3, 1995, in Busan, is a South Korean rapper and producer known for his intense work ethic, experimental trap sound, and dual identity as the producer Laptopboyboy. Debuting under AVLX in 2014, he has since become a central figure in the Korean hip-hop scene, leading Starex Crew and joining Daytona Entertainment, founded by Yeomdda and The Quiett. Recognized as a major “hustler” in Korean hip-hop, Swaver has released over 320 personal works, including numerous collaborations with B-Free, The Quiett, Uneducated Kid, Jackie Y, Yeomdda, and Yuzion. Despite his prolific output, his music remains consistent in quality due to his self-production. The World (2016), Out of Stock: Expansion Pack (2016), Futuristic Affair (2017), Futuristic Language (2018), BFOTY (2018), F Is Friends (2019), and Yfgod (2020, re-released as Yfgod (Deluxe) in 2021), as well as the EP Swag Society 3 (2025).
