Royal Headache, banda australiana de rock de Sydney, se formó en 2008. El grupo estaba formado por Tim "Shogun" Wall (voz), Lawrence "Law" Hall (guitarra), Joseph "Joe" Sukit (bajo), Chris "Shortty" Shortt (batería) y Gabrielle de Giorgio (teclados, órgano, percusión, voz). Su primer single , "Eloise", se publicó en 2010. Su álbum de debut homónimo se publicó en 2011 con gran éxito de crítica, lo que les valió tres nominaciones a los premios AIR de 2012 y el galardón al mejor álbum independiente. Realizaron numerosas giras, incluidos conciertos en Chicago y Nueva York, y actuaron como teloneros de Black Keys en Australia. En 2015, lanzaron su segundo álbum High, que también fue bien recibido. A pesar de su éxito, la banda se enfrentó a problemas internos que llevaron a múltiples cambios de alineación. Royal Headache se disolvió en 2017. En 2024, se publicó un álbum en directo titulado Live in America, con actuaciones de 2012 y 2015.
