In-Quest, a Belgian progressive death metal band from Turnhout, was formed in 1992 under the name System Shit. The group released three demos before renaming to In-Quest in 1994. Their first album, Extrusion-Battlehymns, was released in 1997. Notable albums include Operation: Citadel (2000), Epileptic (2004), which featured a cover of "In for the Kill" by Pro-Pain, and Made Out of Negative Matter (2009). The band's discography also includes EPs like Destination: Pyroclasm (2003) and The Liquidation Files (2010). In-Quest gained significant traction through their performances at major festivals such as Graspop Metal Meeting and tours supporting acts like Fear Factory.
